Students are affected greatly by things connected to their schools and these things can range from the type of school they attend right down to their peers. There are so many influences on young people and one of the biggest of these is the manner in which they dress to go to school. Why dress codes are very important to schools and students is obvious. It is all about what is appropriate and what is not appropriate to wear in schools. Schools enforce the use of dress codes to ensure that students present themselves properly. Part of who we are as people is all in how we appear to others. So it is vital that we present ourselves in the most decent manner we are capable of from a young age. Dress codes at school are established to help establish proper image guidelines for boys and girls.
